Haggis for Burn’s Night

Sliced traditional Haggis cooked by Anthony Sargeant and served as a Burn’s Night Supper on the 25th january 2017. The haggis is accompanied traditionally by mashed swede and mashed potato. Some onion gravy is added in the centre of the plate.
